I'm not sure about the vaguely Orwellian name, but I like this idea a lot.

I'm sure there'll be good and not so good presentations but I, for one, will be keeping an eye on this because there's always someone out there who knows more than me and there are always smart and interesting people outside of the usual suspects. A smart move to balance the corporate giant that is OOW. Well, a little bit anyway!
