Just bought myself an 8GB one of these. Very pricey, but very nice
(Oh, and I didn't notice any of the Vista compatibility problems mentioned in the comments to that review)
I have a feeling it might crop up in the Oracle blog soon.

As I wasn't one of the directors, I don't think I'm in a position to comment on whether piracy caused the demise of Imagine
I too suspect the poor quality (or complete lack) of games - especially when compared to the games that the likes of Ultimate were producing - was one of the more likely factors.
I don't recall rushing out with my hard earned paper round money to buy many Imagine games
